Indikation

Hypotonie während Anästhesie, refraktäre Hypotonie.

Dosierung

I.v.
>18 J.: 10–25 mg (in fraktionierten Dosen von 5–10 mg), evtl. 2. Dosis von 25 mg, max. 150 mg/24 h.
Kinder: 3 mg/kg oder 100 mg/m² tgl. in 4–6 Dosen.

Kontraindikation

Hyperthyreose, Thyreotoxikose, schwere kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen, Engwinkelglaukom, Monotherapie bei Hypovolämie. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit. 754960 / 11.12.2023
